I recently had the good fortune to reshingle my roof using Erie Home. Imagine that they arrived on the pre-arranged day and worked from 7:30 am to past 6 pm! No fanfare; no drama! Just solid working.The next day they finished the job in a few hours. And, with all that snow, they cleaned up my driveway and promised to return after snow-melt to make sure no debris was left!I could not be happier.

The roofing team was outstanding. They arrived on time and hit the ground running. They were diligent about covering up or moving items to avoid damage from old roof shingles etc. They completed ahead of schedule and answered our questions. The cleanup was excellent and done all around area multiple times.

Erie Home products are excellent and each person I encountered was knowledgeable and helpful. However the install process was rough. I had a plate that was hanging on the wall crash to the floor and break and two crystals dislodge from my chandelier fall to the floor - a rug preserved them. Things also fell from shelves and broke. I had to quickly climb a ladder to remove dozens of other plates from the wall as quickly as possible. I recommend warning people of that possibility to future customers.
