I am very happy with the look and quality of our new roof, however, there was some issues with delivery of the materials causing the workers to be waiting around with nothing to do for a few hours. When the material did arrive there was not enough to finish the job and they had to go out to get more. Also there was some wrong product used in the installation. They used superior materials to replace our locally produced "30 year" asphalt shingles that lasted only about 20 years due to having been incorrectly installed with non-functioning ridge vents. It was also done in a single day as planned. They have a good product that should not require the high pressure sales used. Get there bid and find your own best financing rather than accepting theirs in such a rushed process.

We appreciated the straight forward process, the sales rep giving us an estimate without the industry typical high pressure sales tactics! A week or so after placing the shingles order, **** called on a Monday ready to schedule installation that Wednesday. Arriving on time, they completed the job roughly 2 hours ahead of schedule, and our roof looks great! Unlike many roofers, they cleaned the grounds area extremely well! We really couldn't be any more pleased with the process or results!

Everyone involved from start to finish was polite and very professional. The crew arrived as scheduled, they promptly completed the work, it looks great, and no more leaks. Post installation communications from everyone was clear and timely.No complaints, no mess after they finished, and we are very pleased with our new roof! Job well done by all involved.
