Very please with the whole process from the representatives who provided a free quote to the customer service who contacted me to arrange delivery of materials and start date. Erie is a good friendly people, but the roofers did a poor job on cleaning up my yard leaving nails in yard and old shingles laying around they broke a light and didn't replace it, tipped over a statue didn't brother to pick back up.....
At this time in the world it is not very often u do business with people that actually do what they say they r going to do. I must say so far everything thing they told me has been true and exceptionally done. Thank u so much for backing up what you say and carrying it out on time.

They were very informed about there products. Which helped me to understand the whole project. The worker were on time did a great job in one and half days. With snow top roof and very cold weather. Also took care of cleaning up the yard. Thank you. Highly recommend.
