They came out within a week of me signing all the paperwork. And literally a day after all the materials were dropped off. The crew that came out did a great job! Got the job finished in 1 day. Cleaned everything up after it was finished. They also took out my old chimney that wasn’t being used. The roof looks great and would definitely recommend Erie if you’re needing roof work done.

Great roof. We love it. And already notice it's saving energy. Erie did a great job. A little more then I wanted to pay but if I can save energy it will be well worth it.
Overall great company! Office could do a better job at communicating with their customers. But that was overshadowed the install team! Josh the foreman and his team were amazing! Great communication, punctual, kind, clean!
I'll start by saying the roof looks nice. I did have an issue with one of the workers. He was not wanting to cut a 3" gap for the ridge vent, but I made him. I told him I was paying for it to be done correctly, not him. The shingles were delivered 7 days before the work was done. They were put on my roof. We had 7 bundles of shingles left over that they took. I should be reimbursed for those. I paid for them. They did pick up the yard before they left.
