Very please with the whole process from the representatives who provided a free quote to the customer service who contacted me to arrange delivery of materials and start date. The crew arrive on the date scheduled and performed a fantastic job from the complete tear off, installation of new materials and clean up. Great job. Very pleased.

Who thought that my 100-year-old house would get such a profound upgrade with simple shake of the hands? I was hoping to have work done in the Summer on some apparent leaking in the upstairs. Erie Construction proposed doing the roofing in December. I'm so glad I accepted their proposal. In one day their crew arrived, quietly started the job at dawn; trod lightly on the roof, and finished before sundown. Clean-Up complete. The whole process went smoothly. A guy came out to survey the roof. Gave me a price quote. The warranty is great. The guys got the roof done in one day, just in time for the big snow fall. I wish they would have removed the satellite dish from the roof like they said they would. Also wish they would have put things back where they were after they were done, but it was getting dark when they finished. From the sale representative to the roof installers, they were very professional. They were very thorough in cleaning up after the job ( picking up old shingles and roofing nails). They were very conscious of their work.

We had windows installed had to come out twice due to a mismeasure of 1 window, the first crew was super helpful and cleaned up everything would have given them 5 stars. The second crew came out they were quick but stood on our ac unit and stepped on our vent to where it got pushed into the floor along with my husband finding a nail on the floor. Overall the Erie ppl were easy to work with, we would recommend Erie for windows if anyone is looking.

My Erie roof is wonderful. Not only is it beautiful, but it provides a thermal/moisture barrier which protects us from the elements. It seems to have lowered our electric bill. They did an excellent job of communication and installation. Cleanup was amazing!
