Professional staff and considerate installers were done quickly and efficiently.
Very professional and nice. The salesman was not pushy at all like most salesmen. The contractor that installed the roof was local, extremely nice and answered all my questions. They ensured that I was pleased with everything prior to signing the final paperwork.
The installation was completed and looks great. No issues with the installation crew and left the property clean with no debris. I highly recommend Erie to other potential customers. 100% satisfied.
Erie has the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. Communication was amazing, hard workers, great clean up and my roof looks great. I feel like I won’t be worrying about my new roof for many years to come.

Erie Home did a great job for us, and our roof looks beautiful! The workers were very professional, and they were able to get the job done very quickly for us. Their sales staff was also very professional, and they did not pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable.
The ONLY reason this isn't a five star review is miscommunication over a couple of issues. The warranty will likely last the rest of my life (and is transferrable), the price was more than reasonable and financing easy. The product itself? I'm not a roofer nor an insulation expert but the night the roof/insulation were done, the upper floor of my bungalow was MARKEDLY warmer (which you know is a challenge if you've ever been in an 80 yr old MI bungalow in winter). Positive experience from the initial inspectors to the install team to the follow up. No issues that I know of. Price seems quite high, but other that I'm satisfied.
They are a wonderful company and their work is great. Will let my friend and family us them. They do what they say and clean up when they are done.
