THE TEAM THAT CAME AND INSTALLED MY NEW ROOF WERE VERY SKILLED AND PROFESSIONAL.THEY GOT HERE TO MY HOME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK STRIPPING OFF THE OLD AND INSTALLING THE NEW ALSO REPLACED THE WATER DAMAGED PLYWOOD THAT WAS IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AND WHEN THEY FINISHED THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP INCLUDING GOING AROUND THE PARIMETER OF THE HOUSE AND PICKUP ANY LOOSE NAILS THAT WERE LEFT BEHIND OFF OF THE OLD ROOF AND THEY WERE GONE BY 3 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON AND NOW I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL NEW ROOF I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FOR... read more
All work was completed in less than one day. The crew was outstanding, and they had to remove snow and ice before they could begin the roof. I recommend this company for all your roofing needs.
We had a slight misunderstanding about type of ventilation but Riley came out and discussed the issue and we satisfied with answer.
Erie Home did a fantastic job replacing the roof on my house! They also did an excellent job cleaning up after doing the roof--and that's taking into account the fact that the house had up to 4 feet of snow piled up in the back yard. The one thing they forgot was to close the two small gates on the north side of my house which helps confine our dog in our yard. From the first day I appreciated how the showed me what was going on with my roof by taking pictures of the roof and attic. The tear off and installation went smoothly, no problems and the clean up was an excellent job! I would highly recommend Erie Homes if you want quality and workmanship.
Working with Erie Home was a great experience. The salespeople listened and answered all of my questions and objections. After I agreed to purchase, another Erie Home employee stop by to take specific measurements of all the windows. The installers explained how they would do the installation and got all the windows installed in 1 1/2 days. As a group, they did what the said they would do.
My home is older and was in desperate need of a new roof, we went with green and I love how it gave my old home some new life! I had chosen to do a roof over but during inspection it was missed that there was a previous roof over done, Erie made it right without hesitation and took care of removing the old roofs before installing the new one. Very happy with their customer service and communication. Thank you Erie!
