They have a great product and made me feel very comfortable. It took them a day and a half to tear-off the old tile and redo it, which is quick because I have numerous roof lines. I would highly recommend them if you want your roof done right.

Presentation with the sales rep was long (3+ hours). Took over a month to schedule due to "permit issues" with the Township. However, Erie was the one to obtain the permit. I never seen the permit nor did a Township inspector show up to close out a permit. I should have flat out asked if Erie self performs or do they third party out their work. Was very pleased with communication. Everyone worked together to make sure my experience was easy and complete. The roofers were great and went above and beyond and even fixed a pipe that had come disconnected from my gutters.

I was very pleased with the looks of my new roof and as an unintended benefit I realized that my furnaces have not turned on since the roof was installed. We had some unusually cold days and then the typical bipolar GA fall where it warmed up again. But my house stayed warm on the cold days and was very comfortable when the days warmed again. I had never considered the insulating value of a good roof until I got one. I would recommend this company to anyone.
