Every aspect of service exceeded all my expectations. I have never given a five star review before. This five star was deserved. . . I cannot think of anything that **** could have been done better.
The crew showed up about 8:30 They knew exactly what to do and had all the skills and knowledge to preform a very good ****** was getting dark by the time they were wrapping up, but they made sure every detail was covered.Great Installers Thumbs Up!!!
The salesmen were good about the products and knew what they were talking about. The price is a little high but considering the warranty it does make sense. The only minor complaint I've had is the E-Mail and text requests to give them ratings every single day is a bit much.
We are very happy with oar beautiful new roof and the service we received from Erie Home. The sales men were very thorough with the inspection and explaining the problems we had. They also spent a lot of time showing us the new roof product and how it worked. The management staff were friendly, easy to work with and patient with our many questions prior to and during the installation. Workers worked late trying to complete in one day. Didn't get finished so returned the next day and completed the work. Roof looks good and the clean up was done well.

Erie Home Roofing recently replaced our roof. We chose Erie in spite of a higher cost because the underlayment and shingles were thicker and more robust than others. Clean up was superior. No damage to gutters, downspouts or other. Excellent work!
Erie Home was a very good experience. They were very professional and efficient. ******* ******* their representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. ******* their crew manager was very friendly and they worked hard. Put the new roof on in one day and their clean up looked like they were never here. Looks great.
