Erie completed the roof as promised and it looks fantastic. They also (as promised) ensured the same price as I closed with. I was, however, disappointed when we closed as my loan was funded before I was able to make my downpayment to make the payment as manageable as possible for the months to come. I made sure to tell the **** at my home (prior to the roof was completed) and the individual that collected the documentation the day the roof was finished and I was ensured both times that we were able to put the downpayement d... read more
