They replaced the roof in February which is winter months in ******** but to our surprise they replaced it in one day. The roof looks great and they worked fast and they have a very efficient crew. The clean up was done pretty good, We did find a few nails and the residue that came off of the new roof did leave us with some clean up on the back deck and front porch and walk way, with a new roof this might be something that is to be expected but we was not warned about that which would have been nice. The sales team was very thorough and explained exactly what was going to happen. The installation crew contacted me every morning before starting to ask if I had questions and what would be completed each day. Project completed in 3 days and clean up was done at end of each day. Would recommend Erie Home for encapsulation of crawlspace.

Erie Home replaced our asphalt shingle roof with a metal shingle roof and it looks sharp. The price seemed a little high at first but when the guys told me about the 50 year warranty that covers everything, it was a no brainer for us. We didn’t use our insurance company for the replacement because the old roof was just wore out and cooked by the *******, ******* sun.
