We had basement waterproofing done. The initial contact was prompt and the information meeting was thorough, all questions answered to our satisfaction. The sales manager was professional and we did not feel pressured. Work was done in the time frame we agreed to even given delays when crews needed to complete other jobs during ours. We were kept informed about what was being done and when the crew would arrive. Everyone was polite. We were impressed by the hard work done by all and pleased with the end product.

The roofing process is stressful enough, however, they made it as stress free as possible. The reps were very polite and thorough during the initial visit. They went up to the roof and took pictures. They went into the attic and also did an inspection. Took pics and showed me some slight damage. They worked with us constantly during the process. Never pushy. The crew that came and performed the work did a very professional job. They worked very well as a team and I would gladly use them again. Since this was a job where they were just putting the shingles over an existing shingled roof, I was concerned with how the new shingle would mesh with the existing flashing and how the new flashing around the chimney would be installed.
