Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Cleanup was done rather quickly and outside of a couple hiccups, was completed to my satisfaction. The work foreman on site was very professional and answered all of my questions. The new roof that was installed looks good and they did a good job making sure edge alignment was right.
This was an awesome experience from start to finish. The consultation was not just about getting a sale, it was about educating us on our current roof and different available materials and processes that would improve the longevity of the roof. When the installers began, they knew what they were doing. The installation only took a total of 6 hours. I loved working with Erie roofing. From beginning to end they were professional and listen to my needs. I was kept in the loop on arrival of my products and scheduling changes due to rain. The workers were phenomenal. They were courteous and work clean and organized. When it was time clean up. They put everything back the way it was. The roof is so beautiful. I received a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend them others.
They did a great job at all points from sales, install, clean up and on to customer service. They have been helpful and very responsive to all my questions.

Overall, we were completely surprised the job was completed 3 weeks sooner that expected & 2 days before we left on vacation. The installers arrived real early, worked hard in really cold temps, completed the job & then cleaned up all in less than 9 hours. And the roof looks really sharp & will outlast our lifetime! We highly recommend Erie Roofing!
