Everyone was excellent to work with, they worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They are efficient and easy to work with around schedules. They are very knowledgeable about their product and would highly recommend them if you want quality work from quality people installing a roof over your family and love ones.
Very thorough and professional in the sales and quotation process. Took time to explain all aspects of the process including financing. Good people to work with both in sales, office, and construction. Very friendly. Job was performed quickly and efficiently and sooner than we anticipated. Only thing preventing a 5 star review was that install happened during single digit temperatures, over an inch of snow, and moderate wind. We have not been able to completely check the work. The people at Erie Home Roofing treated me with respect during our interactions. They answered my many questions with patience and relevant information about the roof replacement. They were able to do the work (replacement of a somewhat small dwelling) without my having to wait several weeks or months to have me fit into their busy schedule. I was able to have it done before a heavy rainstorm to my great relief.
Erie just installed a new roof for me and I couldn't be happier! From my first meeting through the entire process, I was kept informed and any questions answered. The crew was efficient as well as friendly and cheerful! I would use them again.
The team was responsive from sales to installation. They followed up with all questions and communication was great. The team completing the installation worked hard and checked in. They were professional and I would recommend this company. In the past I used roofers who cut corners and were unresponsive- I am happy with this quality company.
I didn't think that they would be able to install a roof in December especially after a snow and ice storm 5 days prior. Their crew was real professional and prepped the roof like experts. Installation was flawless and the site was left as clean as they found it. They are a well run professional team.
