Company was very knowledgeable about their product and materials used. Sales process was quick and easy. Communication has room for improvement once a sale has been completed. Went a while without hearing from anyone, leaving you wondering when the installation would begin. Once you get an installation date, communication was improved. Installation was quick. Cleanup needs a little work, they used a rake type item to clean the nails in our front yard but not the back yard. We had to followup with a large magnet to clean up n... read more

I am very satisfied with my cabin’s new roof with the Black Granite shingles. Last year I had my garage shingled by Erie and chose them again to do my cabin. Both time the process was flawless. Everyone was pleasant and the focus on detail and completing the job in a timely and safe manner was apparent. Each time the area was cleaned up after the job was finished and they have these great magnetic nail grabbers on wheels that I truly appreciated.
