Beginning with the office and all the way to the installers we were well informed about what we would be experiencing. The product and explanation of how the installation would be done was so very through. I think this roof added much to our home and truly outlast us. Great Job!

I was very pleased with the entirety of the job once all the things that were to be done once the workers understood . There was some deck repairs to be done that they apparently were not informed about. The clean up was tactal quickly and throughly. Any interaction with staff was polite. Good experience from start to finish.
I found the team from Erie very friendly and easy to work with. Everyone from the salesman, Atlanta Regional Manager, Area Production Manager, Job Site Manager visited us. Whole house window replacement in one day! Windows are top quality. The installers were professional and answered all my questions, showed me how the each type of window worked so I would know how to clean them. All the debris was cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased.
