The Erie Homes team did an Exceptional A++ job from beginning to end! The initial presentation team were very knowledgeable about their product. The did not do a high-pressure sales pitch and every aspect of owning, financing, installation and warranty questions were answered fully. We had a crew of 7 that installed our roof over 1.5 days. Erie Home is new in central Arkansas. It appears they're still smoothing out their process here. Some things apparently weren't communicated well among the different people involved in our roofing job, so it added a day to our job, and some redo. However, all ended well! The roofers appeared very experienced and worked quickly and efficiently. They also did a good job in cleaning up! The roof looks good and has made it through one brief hail storm already, without problems!!
The entire job was done EXCELLENT with no problems. The gentlemen assigned to the project were professional and completed the assignment in two days. I have no complaints. Even my neighbor was happy with their work as nothing was left in her yard. I recommend Erie to friends and neighbors. Erie is an EXCELLENT company.
Basement waterproofing: Starting with my sale person Mike who explained the whole procedure thoroughly and took his time when I had questions to the whole crew that actually installed my system they were prompt on both days when they said they would be here worked steadily and explained to me what they were doing as they did it. All were very respectful and I would definitely recommend them for the basement waterproofing.
