Roof is good. Materials are why we used Erie. Otherwise, things are mostly ok. The sub they used was a little messy still finding nails from the old roof stripping. They also didn’t know how how to deal with our flip-down gutter system even though sales assured us they did. When I figured this out it took longer than expected to get it corrected. **** the project manager was nice and did take care of the issues we had.

Great Company. They replaced our shingles and did a great job. A supervisor was here at all times checking in with us and making sure everything was done correctly. No trash or nails was left behind. I would definitely recommend Erie Construction if you are looking for a new roof. We have a 30 year guarantee on this roof so hopefully it will be our last one.

Tremaine Harris 4401 First let me start by saying I thought it wasn’t gonna be a good experience because there was a mixup between the contract and the actual work order but once I made a call to the office everything was corrected and the work went forth expeditiously. I am satisfied with my roof and the work that was done and I definitely would recommend Erie Construction to friends and family!

Great marketing and sales department. We were well educated on the product and what we could expect. Although the pricing was much higher than we anticipated, it's clear that the roofing material is a superior product that will last our lifetime and outperform regular asphalt shingles. You get what you pay for. The work team was amazing! It was a huge crew and they really knew what they were doing. Erie made sure we were pleased with the final job. Great job, Erie and crew.
