My roof looks great. They showed up and materials had not been delivered. The one in charge told the others what to do and then he went and got all the materials. Had it completed in one day. Cleaned up nicely.
Communications were timely and clear. Even with a couple of unexpected crew issues the install went well. Their quality assurance person checked the work out a couple of days later, identified some issue and called the crew out to correct. Additionally, a few days later I identified some damage not previously noted by the crew. I contacted the company (providing images) and they promptly responded via email and phone call. We discussed and agreed on value. I received a check in less than a week. The roof looks great!
Erie metal roofing did a wonderful job and very fast . Also cleaned everything up looks great.
Good work but language communication problems between home owner and lead manager.
Everything went well. Crew was arrived early and started promptly. Roofing prep was very good. Only issue identified prior to the roof going back on was misaligned skylight window, crew corrected. Roof would have been done sooner if not for local inspection delay. Cleanup was very good for a windy day. Rained that night and had no leaks. Their quality assurance person checked the work out the next day, identified some issue and call the crew out to correct before leaving. Everything looks good.
The crew made sure to do a good job on clean up. They were professional and did a good job.
Erie did an excellent job installing our new metal roof. The installation was on the date promised and the installation team finished the job in two days. They meticulously cleaned up when they were done (even cleaned some of our yard waste.)
Solid reputable company that delivers on their promises. I got exactly what I ordered, quickly with no hassel, mess, or issues. All questions were answered in a timely manner, and all materials were delivered and installed professionally without delay. I highly recommend them and would do business with them agail without hesitation.
Everyone was great and our new roof looks great. They didn’t do the roof over the porch and entrance to the basement. Said it would be cheaper that way. Said he would get us a name of someone who could help us with that. I feel like that should of been done before they left. We have two colors now on our roof and would appreciate the name. We have left several messages but no one calls us back. That being said, we would still call them again if needed.
