The product, process, and removal and install day were all too-notch. The sales people were very informative and helped answer all my question. The next steps of what to expect were also detailed and appreciative especially since a new roof is a big deal. Erie replaced a fairly large picture window arrangement which had been comprised of six very old, single pane, wooden windows. It was basically the entire east wall of my living room, so definitely not something you want done haphazardly. The new windows look very nice, and the installer took his time to get the minor details correct. Everyone I interacted with at Erie was professional, courteous, and willing to answer any and all questions we had. The installation crew worked tirelessly for two days to do a full tear off and new fiberglass roof. They were great about clean up and the roof looks very good. We're pleased overall with the product and the warranty they offer.
