We were very impressed with everything about Erie roofing. Excellent salesperson, great communication and efficient crew. Unfortunately, there was some damage to our gutters. Erie stood behind their work and did not stop until we were totally satisfied (and didn’t lose the warranty on our gutters). Not many companies will do that. We highly recommend this company!

I like that you are guaranteed with everything on your roof. I'm pleased with your presentation on your guaranteed. I was also happy you cared about me also, by asking me how long I was gonna be living here. Which gave you a better idea of what I needed to suit my needs. I was pleased with your knowledge with your roof and others. So I could understand better. I'm loving my roof. I'm very satisfied with there work. Speedy crew.

Outstanding service and professionalism. All members of the crew were efficient and completed the work in the time period I was promised. They cleaned up and worked well with other contractors who were installing doors. I will recommend them to anyone who mentions a need for roofing.

Erie Home did a great job on our roof install. From initial contact to consultation to follow ups on material delivery to install date scheduling. They helped us with getting pre approval from our HOA and we had no issues. The roof install team was polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They showed up when they were suppose to and did a good job communicating. Our roof was supposed to take 1-2 days, but because of all the custom cuts they needed a third day, but that third day was five days after the second day.... read more

I was very impressed the professionalism from the sales rep to the install team. The team was here on an extremely hot and humid day but they finished the install and cleanup before leaving. I have high hopes that the product performs and holds up as well as expected.

We had a great experience with Erie. The roof install happened very quickly after our meeting with them. The guys who came to give our price quote were both very nice, professional and explained things well. The work crew who did the install completed the job in two days which is how long we were told it would take. Cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves and answered any questions we had. The new roof looks beautiful.
