I meet with the sales team and they took me and my wife through a really detailed. They did roof inspection attic inspection and satellite pictures of our roof. Than they talked in depth about there finding and about the product we requested. The process is not short it take awhile, and they answer all the questions we had at that time. They did a very good job, I highly recommend Erie for your next roof.

Good product. Team that installed new roof couldn't communicate well. They used a leaf blower to clean old roof and plugged my gutter on one side of the house and disconnected the gutter on the other side. Blew nails all over my patio and under the dumpster so when the dumpster was removed I had 12 nails littering my driveway. 3 days after install I had to call for them to return to fix an exhaust pipe that had come loose and was going to fall off.

They did a beautiful job. My house looks gorgeous and I'm so happy I don't have to worry about my roof again. Great warranty. You would not know they were even their after clean up.

Roof looks beautiful only complaint was the poor clean up and communication as to why they didn't finish right away. Everybody was super nice and when they did the final walk through they found a few things that needed attention and fixed them right away.
