The company was very good! Did a fantastic job, very professional, very knowledgable, very respectful and would talk with us when asking questions. Kevin lange (the rep who sold us the services) was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and gave all the facts and compared to other companies. The roof installation was great! Overall, the "roofing process" from estimate, signing of contract (09/08/22), roof material delivery, dumpster delivery (09/15/22), roof installation (09/19-20/22) and clean up went expediently and efficiently. The installation crew seemed to enjoy their work despite the temperature and cleaned up the debris as best as they could. Sadly, days later after the installation some debris was flown off the roof. I was so impressed when Erie came to my home to give me an estimate. They were professional, they were thorough, and I felt that I could certainly trust what they were telling me, I love the service I received. And highly recommend this business.
Work was done timely and the finished job was well do and the cleanup was more than adequate. I am well satisfied.
Salesman was on time for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Installers arrived as scheduled and completed the job in one day. Clean-up was thorough. The workers used a magnetic broom to scour for nails that may have fallen into our yard and scrubs Roof looks great. An Erie representatives stopped by a few days later to make sure we were satisfied and asked to take pictures of the completed roof. Would recommend Erie to anyone looking to replace their roof. Don
****** (not sure if his name is spelled correctly) he and the crew that was replacing my roof were/are phenomenal. They all worked above my expectations. They installed my roof in 2.5 days from start to finish. Everything was cleaned up after the installation. If given the chance I will recommend this company. The crew at my house went above and beyond what they were hired to do. EXCELLENT work and work ethic s.
