Every one that we dealt with from the sales people to the workers who came to our home were nothing but professional and nice to have working here. We were advised that our job would take two days but could possibly run into three. They took the two days and on the Friday they were here worked until the job was completed some time after 6:00 PM. Great company that had good communication of what was going on. Cleaned everything up and after inspecting the roof it looked great. Got it installed in a day.
They were quick on getting the job done. I have a large roof that I thought would take a few days. They worked steady and long hours to get it completed in 2 days. What a great crew.
I expected great results and that's what I received! I wasn't in a hurry for install date, but they installed in less than a month. The work crew were all great, they removed the old shingles and installed everything in a single day. The roof looks great and all rubbish and signs that they were even here are gone! Now I need to work on the rest of the house to look as nice as the roof!
The Erie team did a great job on our new fiberglass roof replacement. Our sales person, *****, had initially figured in some replacement decking, for around the chimney area, but once the Erie team got started tearing off the old roof, they found and replaced quite a bit more rotten decking in other areas of our roof at no additional charge.
