From the first time calling for an estimate, to the job being done, everyone was professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. The sales rep, **** ****was knowledgeable and treated me with respect and explained the process of tear off and roofing clearly. He explained the product and materials perfectly. The roofing crew was professional and did a great job cleaning up. They were on the job early and worked late. What a great job they did. Very satisfied with Erie Construction and will recommend them wholeheartedly.

It was serendipitous that Erie Roof knocked on our door. My husband and I had seen issues cropping up with our roof and the flashing around our chimney for a few months. Then after a heavy rain, we noticed there was a couple of water spots on our living room ceiling by the fireplace and even on brand new ceiling tiles in our basement below. We had a leak. We got a good quality roof installed in a timely manner. They made sure that the roof was covered at all times in case of rain by finishing one section completely at a time. I am excited to see how the Ridgecrest help with our attic ventilation. The roof looks great and I will be calling them back out for other services in the future.
The price was a little high for this area but if they stand by there 30 yr warranty it will be well worth it. We are satisfied with the work and clean up.
Working with Erie was a spectacular experience. From the beginning dealing with the salesmen and the ease of financing, down to the end dealing with the installers the professionalism was second to none. I would highly recommend
Took some back and forth to get the price/product/service I wanted, but we got it done. Roof looks great, and their team was insanely fast. Built the entire roof before lunch. Got here at 7am, left by 2pm. Definitely at the higher end for price, but well worth it. Solid product, great team, and way better than haggling with 15 contractors for months to get the cheapest price.
Loved everyone from salesmen to installers!! I had a very old slate roof. It was taken off and new roof installed and only took 2 days!! Quality product!! Had several people ask about it and gave them Erie’s information. I won’t be surprised if more people in Cumberland Ohio have a new roof installed!! Thank you to all. BTW Mike was a great salesmen!!
A replacement roof was installed on 8/12/22 The work was done professionally . Clean-up was done quickly
