We were in desperate need of a roof. Originally, I wanted to have a metal roof installed. After the sales personal were here inspecting our home, they recommended the fiberglass shingles. This is the option we chose and could not be happier. The sales personal were very professional and had exceptional knowledge and information. The installers were proficient, and highly skilled. The Erie representee arrived when he said he would, He was nice and polite, very comfortable to talk to while he explained everything and answered our questions. In a few days the workers showed up and went to work. Two guys did the whole roof in one day and cleaned up the place when they were done.
Been living in my house for over 20 years and it was time for a new roof. Decided to go with Erie. Best investment I could have made. Between the drop off of materials and the completion of roof , communication and customer service , VERY satisfaction with everything
