Erie did a fantastic job on our roof. They were always in contact with us and did the work in the time promised. The workers worked very hard and long to finish on time. They were very polite and professional. I would recommend Erie to anyone! ****** *****

We have a house built in 1914 with an original slate roof, along with a 100 year old garage, also with a slate roof. The Erie salesperson was professional and knowledgeable. He was at our home for 6+ hours going over all of our needs and concerns. After negotiations, we settled on an all inclusive price. We told him we can be flexible with the installation date. This is a professional organization from top to bottom. They quote a fair price, which is not an estimate but the actual out-the-door cost. They schedule the work and then show up when they say they will. The roofing crew was very professional, and they conducted themselves with integrity and responsibility. They completed my job in 1 day, and clean-up was perfect. I received communication before and after the process, with the goal of ensuring I was happy. I highly recommend this company.

I did like the fact that I could directly call Erie’s employees from sales to supply and installation managers without having to go through a call center with no humans to talk to. That is extremely important to me! Installation was completed and as far as I know, done professionally. I’m not a knowledgeable “roofer”, but the installers were professional and courteous. Only complaint I could make was they didn’t close the side gates to my fenced yard that were closed when they arrived. If I had not noticed them, my dogs woul... read more
