The work on our roof was done efficiently along with the clean up which was great. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars was that the first crew that was supposed to do our roof over the weekend didn't show and the contractor didn't return my calls. Once that was sorted out, Erie sent a new crew and things went smoothly.

Quick to respond to my inquiry. A meeting was arranged to explain details. Lots of time we're given to ask questions. I watched their attention to details as they worked. Cleanup was thorough. Crew was friendly and polite. Totally pleased with their work.

Even after the big discount I got the roof cost me on the higher end of the average cost for a fiberglass core shingle. The subcontractors they hired to install the roof barely spoke English. If I could go back I would probably have shopped around more

(new roof) The service agents were all very responsive and helpful. They installed the new roof in a single day. The communication prior to and during the installation was excellent. Since the roof was installed only a week ago, we're unable to evaluate that work fully, of course. However, the installers were very hard-working and appeared to be careful with all activities. Clean-up was good.
