Salesperson did a through inspection, showed us the problem areas. We knew we had two problems before the salesperson came out. The salesperson was very friendly and NOT Pushy, he explained everything in great detail. The day the crew showed up, they were on our roof 30 mins. early. We are very pleased with the workers and the work they did for us. We would recommend Erie roofing. They are not cheap, but the quality of materials, and work we feel was worth the cost.

Our experience appears to differ significantly from those of other reviewers. I suppose perspective can change this as we were in need of a solution and were more than happy to entertain the solution that Erie was able to propose. The roofers were extremely professional and very nice! They answered the few questions that I had and got the job done sooner than I expected. I was even impressed with the clean up. Thank you Erie Roofing! Job well done! I am a satisfied customer. Oh and I got compliments already lol.

Highly recommend Erie for any roofing needs. The entire process was fast and easy. The salesman was polite, professional and explained everything I needed to know. The installers finished the work in one day and cleaned everything up so it was like they were never even there.

I initially looked on BBB and read the reviews and wondered if I made a mistake to set up an appointment. For me I like thoroughness and they were just that. It was a longer than expected appointment but the salesmen we worked with were knowledgeable and connected very well with us and that put us at ease.
