Erie put a new roof on our house and it looks great. They were very professional from the start. The reps, who came to our home to determine if we needed a new roof and give us our estimate, were very professional and personable. They took pictures, showed us the problems, explained the whole process from beginning to end and answered all of our questions. Erie did a great job and the roof looks fantastic! They took the time to explain and show all materials that were going to be used. The crew kept us informed throughout the process and explained what was being done and why it was needed. Clean up was very good, especially considering the rain that kept delaying their work. Yes, it was much more expensive than we had hoped. I was interested in a metal roof but after our first meeting with the sales team we realized it was much more expensive than we wanted to do at this time in our lives. I am 84 yrs. old. The highly professional young men provided me with very satisfying alternatives along with financing. My roof was installed in one long day. They did a very nice job my roof looks great. They really tried to make sure I was happy with all of it.
They were extremely professional and helpful. Our roof was leaking so they put a patch on it until they could get the shingles to replace it. They also bumped us ahead in line to replace our roof because of the leaking problems. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything. Would certainly tell others about their wonderful product and professional work!
