The entire process went great from the start to finish. The sales representatives that came to do the estimate were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The project manager was also very helpful. The crew went above and beyond. The clean up was impressive to the point that you could barely tell they were there.

The crew arrived on time and did a good job of removing the current roof and installed the new roof. After they done they cleaned up the area and did a good job at it.

Work was completed in 12hrs due to a snow storm coming in. They worked 2 hrs in the dark. The next 4 days I could not view the work they did because of the amount of snow on the roof, but Erie kept insisting I sign off on the work, because “the higher ups don’t care about weather, they need paperwork signed off from the buyer.” That attitude from Erie is what took a star away. From the time Mike knocked on my door and Spencer came and talked and inspected and gave us some numbers to the time Matt called to set up the Work to be done Everyone checked up on each other and followed through on what they said they were gonna do write down to the installers we were very pleased
