Work was done in a timely manner, had one leak around stove pipe and taken care of. Being a contractor at one time I feel that the work that was done that the price was to high, so why did I hirer them, because I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. They also cleaned up good.
From the beginning the sales team arrived early and stayed to answer every question. All communication from that day was about assuring our satisfaction, the Erie team responded to every question and request. They have delivered what they promised. We had our install scheduled within 2 weeks, one day tear down and complete replacement in a single 9-hour day. The team was always working and were diligent about clean up and completion. The sales team, Corey and Steve, did an amazing inspection and took us step-by-step through what to expect. Work was done in a timely manner. Only took one day to compete roof. Workers did good job at clean up. Sales representatives were friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.
The entire process went great from the start to finish. The sales representatives that came to do the estimate were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The project manager was also very helpful. The crew went above and beyond. The clean up was impressive to the point that you could barely tell they were there.
The crew arrived on time and did a good job of removing the current roof and installed the new roof. After they done they cleaned up the area and did a good job at it.
Work was completed in 12hrs due to a snow storm coming in. They worked 2 hrs in the dark. The next 4 days I could not view the work they did because of the amount of snow on the roof, but Erie kept insisting I sign off on the work, because “the higher ups don’t care about weather, they need paperwork signed off from the buyer.” That attitude from Erie is what took a star away.
