Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. The work was completed as scheduled with no delays. The workmen cleaned up the site thoroughly and Omar explained everything they did along with pictures. The roof looks beautiful and we’ve already received compliments on it.

Erie did a great job on our new metal roof. We couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. But even more importantly, our experience with Erie's sales and installation team was so different from any other renovation contractor we've ever worked with. They were so responsive. They gave us multiple cell phone numbers for our project manager, his assistant PM, their office... all so we could always talk to someone if we had a question. There were no delays. It was a tough job. My home is 100 years old and it had the original shingles on followed by 3 more layers of shingles. They removed everything down to the original wood taking a tremendous weight off my home. The workers put a new layer of plywood down and installed a beautiful roof. They worked hard for two days in sub freezing temperatures and cleaned up my property before they left. After trying for 6 years to get any contractor to replace my roof Erie Home was the only one to show up. Thank You Erie Home.

Excellent from start to finish. Stu the sales person was informative & knowledgeable. Able to answer any questions & concerns. Matt, installation supervisor kept us advised of updates & timetable for the project and always available to address concerns Richard, site manager visited site daily before & during project. Virgilio (PoPo) work crew foreman & his entire crew were in constant motion & meticulous in their craft. In short I was overly pleased with all aspects of the project!
