Erie Home did very thing they agreed to. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The workers were very polite and cleaned up all around the house after the roofing was finished. We would highly recommend them.

Work was done in a timely manner, had one leak around stove pipe and taken care of. Being a contractor at one time I feel that the work that was done that the price was to high, so why did I hirer them, because I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. They also cleaned up good.

From the beginning the sales team arrived early and stayed to answer every question. All communication from that day was about assuring our satisfaction, the Erie team responded to every question and request. They have delivered what they promised. We had our install scheduled within 2 weeks, one day tear down and complete replacement in a single 9-hour day. The team was always working and were diligent about clean up and completion. The employees of Erie Home with whom we dealt, from the sales team to the hard-working crew, were exemplary! The sales team, Corey and Steve, did an amazing inspection and took us step-by-step through what to expect.
