The new roof looks good, and I'm hoping the added ridge-top ventilation will provide better air circulation in the attic. The new roof hasn't yet experienced any heavy & wind-blown rainfall, so I can't comment on the effectiveness of the new roof at this time. The roofers seemed to be experienced in their work and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation. The only negative thing I can say is that the cost was more than I expected, even with the discount.
All persons involved in the process were professional and represented Erie in the best way. All work was done quickly and and efficiently.
