Erie Homes was fantastic to work with from start to finish. ******, the sales **** was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient as he explained the condition of my roof and products, services and warranty that **** could provide. The transferable warranty was the clincher. Then **** and **** managed all the rest. Installation day, the crew was here early but went straight to work without a word, and their experience was clear. They were careful to contain all the debris, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished.
Erie Home was so easy to work with. They explained everything about the roof showing me samples and worked out a payment plan for me. Very nice guys! I love my new roof. Only took 2 days. 30 year guarantee. And they cleaned up everything. Happy with their service.
I had Erie Homes install a sump pump with drainage in my 100 year old house. Good quality, great customer service, quick turn around time.
The process was easy. The team that gave the quote explained the material and process. The scheduling happened fairly fast. The crew that installed the new roof system (it really is a system that works together) were prompt, professional and got right to it. Financing was available, which was a big help to me.

I recently had my new roof installed by Erie Home. Within a few weeks of me meeting with their representative they were at my house and completed the roof in one day. The workers and foremen were friendly and efficient. The cleanup was awesome..the best cleanup of any company I have had at my house to do work. All my questions were answered. My basement had been an issue since we bought it back in 1981!! Drainage tiles would plug up with silt causing water to seep in. Should have done this years ago.
