The sales Representative **** ******, explained the process very well, was very knowledgeable and thorough about the materials and catered to our financial needs. He gave us his word that the roof will be done in one day and it was completed in the timeframe given. The workers were very efficient, they made sure all my furniture was well protected. They did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with my roof. Thanks ERIE for the exceptional work!!!!!

Excellent job by everyone involved. **** and *** were very knowledgeable and assessed my roof project thoroughly in preparing the estimate. They even addressed a couple design issues with my roof and included them in the project. I was surprised, the roofing team was able to start my roof within a month of doing the estimate, which I thought was awesome. I needed a new roof for quite some time, but kept putting it off. Well one night it was raining and I woke up to rain leaking in my living room. I called Erie Home and within a couple weeks I was able to get an inspection and quote for my new roof. When the roofers came, they were able to replace my roof all within a day. I will recommend Erie to any of my friends looking to replace their old roof.

From the inspection and demo to the financing and completion everything was first class. Very satisfied.
The roofers that were doing the work were polite and friendly.
The crew was professional and efficient. Clean up was much better than the company who roofed my neighbors house. Communication was better than average, the only drawback being that I was at work when they were installing. That made after install communication a necessity and there was a bit of phone tag instead of on site face to face. In the end, communication was effective and a final face to face was done with follow up service on the items discussed. Most pleased with the final result.
