Erika and her Team did what two other banks couldn't and that was to get me fully approved and Officially Closed. Erika, went out of her way to help us get our Debt to income where it needed to be and was consistently available to answer all my questions all the way to the end. Could not be more happy. Erika was amazing!!!! Walked us through the entire process and addressed every question and concern. Stayed in touch with us from beginning to end. This was the second home we’ve bought and Erika made it SO SUPER easy ! We were approved and closed within 3 weeks!! Erika and Prime Mortgage were fantastic.
