They fraudulently stated I owe them over $1000 on a loan I did not take out.

I went to them through a third party lender and I thought that the paperwork I was signing up for was to see what the rate was going to be. But it turns out to my surprise two days later I get an email that says you're approved and the money will be in your account tomorrow. I was shocked by this because I did not give any bank information. They said they received it through the third party lender. ************ and rude over the phone. Someone used our bank account to withdraw funds for their Wise Loan and we had to jump through hoops to get an investigation even started. I have understand there are things have have to be filed to protect the company and us but to be rudely spoken to and treated so coldly really speaks to who they are.

You make your payment online because it says its due and WiseLoans still takes out the payment through auto draft even after the payment is made then they refuse to refund you the money. One representative will tell you that once it post on your bank account that theyll refund it BUT once it does post theyll say its not in their policy to refund it. Because of them my account was over drafted and I have over draft fees.

I have called and talked to few reps and at this point, I'm just mad. You don't write any notes on my account about talking to someone. I get texts messages saying I'm late on payments when I'm not. They can't explain where the extra money went with the loan that was given to me. The vendor that set up the loan with this company for me is trying to tack on more money that what was on the invoice from the vendor. No 1 wants to resolve my loan!! You will be receiving no more payments from me until this matter is resolved!!

I was approved for a loan and even talked to a few representatives. Sent in the information I needed and was told it was approved. Then all of a sudden nothing, no communication. I had to email them because I was waiting the money to be deposited into my account and that's when they told me my documents weren't approved (it was my DL and social). I never received any email or phone call saying that. I would stay away from these guys.

I had a bad experience as I was sent a message that I was approved, yet I called the line to speak to a manager and i spoke to a representative. He ran my information all over again denying my application. That is an inconvenience as you wasted my time. It would of been better to get a call regarding application. Also the representative told me that I was pre approved. I also concern that my information is in the system , my concern is that the company will commit fraud.

If I could give this company no stars I would! My experience started out with a rude person on there online Chat named ***** AFTER I signed my loan documents. I was then told that I needed to go through the application process mind you this is AFTER I already signed my loan agreement. I was then told I was approved again and that the money would be in my account today to then have to reverify all of my information that I had already verified.
