Very disappointing experience! I needed to borrow money for a short period of time (2 days) and they changed me $194 to borrow $400 for 2 days! Unbelievable! I think they violated ***** Usury law.

I was sent documents to a loan that I did not apply for. I was also sent a payment scheduled to a loan that I did not apply for. I have not signed any documents nor have I received a the funds that are shown in an account that was set up. I will be calling tomorrow to find out what the deal is. This is shady

Called and requested a call back and never received one. The loan was approved when I never finished signing the paperwork. Looked at the paperwork for repayment and saw that I would have to repay over 2k for a $400 loan.

Horrible customer service. How do you send an email saying congratulations your approved but yet I call and the guy on the phone sounds like he’s in a massive call center and says your not approved. Has the nerve to also tell me when I asked for a supervisor or manager or even loan approval department that I can’t speak to them they arnt there. Takes forever to do a three way call for bank verification. Everyday I call, they tell me a loan manger would be contacting me to do the bank call and I’m still waiting for that call. I’ve also scheduled an appointment three times online and still haven’t heard back from them.

I was told SEVERAL times i would receive a call back & did NOT. I asked SEVERAL times for a payment schedule & had to call 4x's before someone emailed me, nit to mention the SUPER high interest rates! ?????????????????????

This company spends a lot of time telling you that have been approved. They never answer the phone. I do not not believe they do quick funding. Ive spent 2 weeks trying to connect and still to no avail.
