I've contacted this company several times concerning my account with no success. There is no customer service. They attempt to talk down to you. They have a rewards program that they do not honor and make excuses for not honoring it I will not be patronizing this business anymore!

There is a tremendous amount of miscommunication among the representatives with Wise Loan. I would not recommend!

this company doesn't know how to get things done. but when they need something from you they want it right on there then i am still waiting on my loan i got approved for $400 i was told it would be there monday but when i check on bank it wasn't there so i called them and i was told to press 1 so that i don't lose my place on call back still nothing i called 3 times and did the same thing still nothing so now i had been trying to get a hold of them to cancel my loan they are not responding to anything so if you are planning ... read more

Online I did INQUIRE about a $900 loan. But I exited without finishing.Then I ********** day $400 shows up in my checking account from this companywhich, Okaybut I was a little unsettled about it thinking of all the abuses that can be leveled by these many unscrupulous predators out there. I had no information including payment dates and $. Today I had an email about a pending payment they had scheduled for the 15th. I received an offer in the mail offering a loan and I was in need of one I applied and got $400 then I was told the payback was *******. This is 300% interest. I sent the $400 back and changed my checking account

Horrible experience! I am an existing customer in good standing and I applied for another loan and was approved. It said to call for instant funding. After trying to talk to someone for over an hour, I was told my loan is denied because I accidentally clicked a button that said I was considering bankruptcy. I thought it said "have you ever filed", which I did 4 years ago. Just like most places nowadays, a logical person cannot undo a system issue. I set up an ach debit for my account, went back to check it because I got a phone call my loan was past due, and my ach info said it was not on file.Made 1st payment by phone. 2nd payment same situation even though I told them to make it come out automatically. It's a day late and I called and was hung up on several times. They finally called back and said my account is in collections. They won't be seeing any repayment at this rate.

If I could give a negative review I would that's what they deserve approve me after I apply I kept avoiding them I was sent email after email so I respond and when I did I was asked for proof of address sent it in didn't hear from them for days I called and checked on my loan said I needed more info so I told rep cancel my loan now I' receiving mail to apply leave me alone if I was approve why keep asking for more info
