Beth and team were extremely knowledgeable about all aspects...from fabric choices to framing and comfort needs-- as well as furniture placement to fit the space for which it's intended. Furniture shopping is very stressful for me. I self doubt the whole way through the process and am never really sure if what I want is going to fit or even look good. I noticed on Ethan Allen’s website that they do 3D room designs...FOR FREE! I signed into a chat and met designer Sydney Roe. Sydney Roe was top shelf from start to finish. Fantastic follow up during the process. We already knew that EA quality is superb, so it was no surprise we love our leather conversation sofa, that was completed and delivered early by the way. The scheduling of delivery and execution of delivery was spot on also.
