However, my car was returned to me after repair and within 25 minutes of driving, the transmission hose disconnected and my car was fully disabled. Although admittedly the transmission was not part of my initial repair, it is very unlikely that it was entirely unrelated to the repair, or it was possibly something post-collision that wasn’t caught during their inspection. 0 Star : My Experience You guys did a great job on the repair! However, after scheduling an appt with the lady at the front desk to pick up on Saturday, no one was there. I waited an hour to get my vehicle that day! The man that came was nice and quick and got me out around 5 minutes but that never should have happened. Also, I continued to get calls saying to pick up my vehicle until a week after picking it up! That is crazy! Your repair work is wonderful, but your customer service is awful!! Please do better.
