0 Star : My Experience Repair was done well but the post fitting needs rework. Lower panel has big gap and electronics needs to be calibrated since front right window is showing open even when its closed.

I had called ahead to see when it would be ready and they asked me to come at 4:30 p.m. I arrived a few minutes early with my dog because I thought it would be ready. 0 Star : My Experience The car fails to lock after pulling out the key from the panel. I called the repair shop but they are closed. Needs further work to enable lock after the key is pulled out. The system thinks that the key is still in and issues warning to stop me from locking. As of now I am manually locking it. Looks like the ignition panel was not fully repaired
0 Star : My Experience The repair work looks satisfactory at this point nice nice paint job. However I pulled away and saw that my front headlight was out. The bulb was out it needed a replacement bulb. No one brought that to my attention even though I remembered it had been out no one looked at it replaced it And just common simple detail items for that reason I said no but the work that they they did on the accident where I was rear-ended is superb. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I personally would be willing to take another chance but I don’t think I would necessarily recommend it to another person 3 Star : Repair Quality As far as the repair goes, it works and it was nice to clean my car after all of the issues. 0 Star : My Experience It took way too long. The story was about getting the parts but EC is so huge I’m sure you can manage to keep an inventory. I had a minor rear end and it was over two weeks.
