Text messages that tell me my car repairs are on track while that was not true at all. Being treated like an idiot when I call in because I am listening to what the text message and website are telling me about the status of my repair. Your automated text system is the terrible. 0 Star : My Experience The timeline for pickup kept getting postponed. I would have appreciated a more accurate timeline at dropoff but instead it went from 4 days to 5 days to 8 days before I could get the car. I don’t know how things operate inside but seems like y’all should have a better handle on the queue of cars being serviced.
