I was most satisfied with the installation. I feel like the people who came out and did the install worked really hard and got it done very timely. They were very prompt and were at the worksite at the time they said they would be there. They worked really hard and I am not sure if they even took a lunch break.
Was cancelled on 2 days in a row and a half hour before each appointment.. And as I stated my disappointment to the person who called to cancel the appointment she hung up on me.. I will God everywhere I an to leave a bad review..
Contracted with Eurotech to replace and install 2 exterior doors and two windows. Just had doors installed and waiting for break in weather to have windows installed. Installers contacted and confirmed apt before arriving. Were prompt on scheduled day of apt. Installers removed damaged material and...
The salesman was knowledgeable but did not follow through. They also rescheduled on the day of the install. We lost money because my wife had to take off of work.
The quality is amazing but if they break something they don't fix it right away.
