I was most satisfied with the workers that came and performed the work. They were quick, friendly and answered all my questions. They got it done really quickly.
The salesman was great assuring me the work would be done on time...which it was. He also stated "if there were any problems along the way, that it was already included in the quote and nothing further would be paid by me. Workmanship and materials were fine. However the job was sold as a correction...
They didn't provide me with the roof color I ordered.

Ms. Rutz was provided with the color that she picked out. After the installation, she decided that the color appeared to be "too orange" for her and insisted that it was not the color she chose. The workorder and the acknowledgement for materials were provided to her so that she could see that it was the color she did choose.
It took this company several months to solve my problem, and I have never received any calls from their support or techs to fix my issues. I have a 25-year warranty, and I already have stains on my home because they do not work properly. They don't drain down to the ground. I'm prepared to take legal...
Euro-Tech has poor quality salesmen who don't know window installation.
Don't take them at first, I would shop around to be sure.
The work on the roof was done well. Many problems from taking the gutters down and putting back up correctly. Instead of using proper gutter hangers they cut little aluminum strips and tied them around to hold the gutters up. They came back a few days later to repair but I ended up doing it all myself...
The workmanship was not too bad. The follow up for getting things fixed was very bad. I would never recommend them or have any other work done by them.
We had our roof (replace decking/new shingles) done by Eurotech couple of years ago. The sales pitch was great and convincing, the price was on high side but we went with them anyway. I really wish, the installers were half as competent as the sales guy ! The work felt shoddily done and has been a nightmare...
