Euro-Tech needs to notify their clients of any delays and keep them up to date. The sales reps need to be trained with better communication skills and the response time should not be more than 24 hours.

We had a very negative experience with the middle person, who was setting everything up. Her coordination was poor.

Kresta, the Roofing coordinator did everything in her power to please the client. . . even went as far as to send her an Edible Arrangement the day of the installation because the client was not happy from day 1. Our top priority is the safety and efficiency of each project, along with the wants and needs of our clients.
workers not very professional. work was to fast and not caring how it was done. will have them back in spring to fix what they screwed up
I regret that we signed with Euro-Tech for our window replacement project. We have had nothing but hardship with getting the windows serviced when something goes wrong. Our current challenge is that we need to get a window replaced because the double pane is leaking. We ordered the replacement on 6/5/16...
My windows have a problem coming out to clean them.. I have called several times finally a service man came out 2 months later and said we will stay in contact and I never heard another word..

They should stick to the job! The salesperson said one thing then they changed it during the job.

This entire review is based on false information. We have been out to this home more than 20 times, as she has signed several contracts for various projects with us. We have in fact sent her to collections for failure to pay, and our service department has gone to great lengths to service her, in which she refused service and did not return calls.
