Outstanding Customer Service My car had a scheduled maintenance visit for the first time at Evans Toyota. The customer service representative, Dale Gustin was very thorough, honest and professional. I will be back for a follow up maintenace to fix issues that should have been brought to my attention by previous repair shops.
Effortless Oil Change I came in well after this dealership usually completes oil change service, and without an appointment, on a weekend evening. They did a great job with my oil change and fit me in. I have always had fabulous experiences with this place, and I highly recommend it.

awesome guys The guys who greet you when you drive in the garage are always friendly. Over the years that we have serviced our cars there we have always been taken care of by the same technician, which I appreciate much more than someone new with each appointment. I am a particular customer and I have never had anything to complain about when my appointment is over. Keep it up!

Evans Toyota - Our May 2012 purchase was GREAT. I menitioned to our Service Manager Chris Robinson, that in about 2 months I would be wanting to purchased another vehicle. He asked price range and what was the most important item to us. Being full figured, I said comfort. Service. Very accomadating when called for an appointment. Very cordial and service completed in a very timely mmanner. This is the third Avalon we have purchased from this agency. That says alot for our satisfaction!
Service Service is always good whenever we have to bring one of our cars in. We tend to go to Keith for all of our services questions. He is always willing to work with us and is always honest with us telling us what actually needs to be done instead of selling us on services that may not be needed at that time.
