Evans Toyota Service My service experience today was excellent. Friendly service people, car was ready when he said it would be - easy check-in process and waiting area is good too. Check out process was efficient also.
Rental car/service I rent cars from toyota at least twice a year and everytime that I rent from them I have excellent service. This was the first time that I have had service done from Toyota and I have to say I was impressed with the speedy and through service that I received. Very Impressed!!! :)
Fort Wayne Toyota Is Spot On I was in for my first 5,000 mile routine check for my new Corolla I bought in April 2012. I could only get in for the servicing after work at 5:30pm and the team was still on the ball and so nice. They had me out of the lot in 35 minutes with no problems. I had the Zurich shield added to my Corolla (a clean gaurd basically) They even took care of a pet stain in the back seat without knowing about it prior. Custimer Service Great and professional service in a timely and efficient manner
Repairs The Service Dpt. is very professional, knowledgeable, & customer oriented. During a recent routine maintenance service, another repair issue was discovered. The service writer was very concerned with keeping the costs reasonable and completing the job as soon as possible that same day.
Warranty Effort Had a faulty side door switch on my Sienna that needed to be replaced. Got me in on time and out ahead of time with a repair that solved a nagging problem. Very friendly with a comfortable customer lounge.
Buying a New Car We heard that Evans Toyota was an excellent dealership to buy a new car. We were very satisfied with are salesman and the service area was excellent. They replaced a piece that was missing free of charge and also established our XM radio. I would definitely purchase another car from this dealership. Outstanding in all areas.
30K Service Had the 30,000 mile service on my Sienna van. Service explained during write-up and when an additional item arose, I was called to discuss before proceeding. Although the total service is a bit pricey, the work was done well. A warranty item was worked on, but had to order parts. When contacted, an appointment was also scheduled for returning for the needed repair.
