60,000 mile service Pre-service quoted price remained the same. Was given a courtesy call to inform me that water pump was leaking and needed replaced but was done under warranty at no additional cost. Was informed of new pick up time (30 minutes extra) so that pump could be replaced. Everyone was very courteous and time frames were accurate.
60,000 mile check up Very pleased with the promptness, courtesy of the follow up call to let me know about additional time needed, and the price was much better than their competitor (I checked around).
In and Out Leased a Toyota Rav4 from Evans and have faithfully taken it in for maintenance. Appointments have always been on time and the time I was told it would take for service has always been accurate.

power door lock repair The front passinger side door lock would not lock on my 2001 echo. The problem was diagnosed and a new part was ordered. Now the remote locks and unlocks the doors. Good job.
Review of car buying experience I had a great experience with the online sales rep from Evans Toyota. He had my price set, he came up to my needed trade value, we had everything in place for a purchase on Memorial Day, I showed up, and the car was preped and ready. I took it for a test drive, it was exactly what I was looking for, in like new condition. They looked at my car, and it was a done deal! The best car buying experience I ever had!
Repair Everything was repaired well and the people were curteous and kind.
Service Came in for an oil change and asked them to check my alignment and repair if necessary. All staff in the service department were very courteous and answered all of my questions. Waiting area for customers is very welcoming and comfortable.
