Oil Change was worth it. I was only in for an oil change. Evans Toyota was Very good about checking the entire vehicle over. They even sent me a video clip showing me the under belly of the car and engine compartment.

Fast service The oil change was performed very quickly, only there about 25 minutes. Waiting area is very pleasant and relaxing. Always have refreshments for customers

Excellent Customer Service I was treated with respect and not like a "stupid woman" who doesn't know anything about cars. All the individuals I interacted with were friendly and considerate. The shuttle driver even pulled the Shuttle Van into the garage so I wouldn't have to get out in the rain and the man that took care of me when I arrived with my car was still there when I picked up my car and he also pulled the car into the garage so I wouldn't have to get out in the rain. Very long process due to salesman being clueless The finance and service department was very helpful. They helped everything run as smooth as they could after the rockiness with the sales man. Without them I probably would ha e went to another dealership
Great Service Ben was great and knew a lot about a variety of different cars we looked at. He was patient and explained features of our new car to us even after the dealership had closed.
