Customer service is always good Coty West is very nice and helps us a lot. It does seem like we have to wait a while each time we go in for service.

Great drvice, friendly technicians They are friendly, explain everything in detail and don't ever treat you like just "another customer" coming in to get their car fixed so let's get them in and out quick.

Great Service, Great Experience I've always enjoyed Evans Toyota. Justin, in the service department, has always treated me well. I like that I get to work with the same person most of the times I come in for service. Jim, the salesmen, was professional and no nonsense. It didn't feel like a typical car negation and I feel that you guys took care of me. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I'd recommend Evans Toyota to anyone.

Suspension Work and Brakes I think the technician videos were very helpful, well done and explanatory. Really makes deciding to proceed with the repairs or not easier.

Great service and friendly staff! The staff was friendly and very helpful! I bought my car at the end of my lease and I was able to call the dealership and get the paperwork started to speed up the process. Great experience all around!

Good Service Good experience but my car was done and paperwork delivered to the service counter for at least 15 minutes after receiving the video that the car was complete. I finally went to the counter rather than being called.
