To management: Please do not schedule only one person for the entire store. Wait times are close to twenty minutes (for smoothies) due to one person who has to take orders and make orders all at once. It's causing groups of people to congregate outside the store because of the long waits to not only receive an order but to place one too.

Large portions, but the açaí is flavorless. The toppings are the only thing that saved this bowl for my friends and I. I'd try somewhere with better açaí.

Delicious and healthy, no sugar added. Love their acai bowls. Customer service is a hit or miss, depending on the person. Some are nice but some dont acknowledge customers. Covid update: we went and ordered two açaí bowls but when we received them, they were literally half portions so we thought they changed their sizes and were pretty bummed out since this was our favorite açaí place since they use açaí without added sugar. THANK GOODNESS THIS LOCATION IS OPEN AGAIN! Look, nothing against Jamba Juice Açaí bowls, but these are just so much better. I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy and the fruit cravings (read açaí bowl cravings) hit strong! Such a better value for what you spend on these things and I had been waiting for the day this location would be open. This low rating is done to my concerns on the employees not wearing their and no gloves at the Scripps location. I ordered last week and the employee greeted me with no mask on. Today, one had a mask on properly the other one had the mask under her chin. Both have no gloves on? Not a good sign! It's too bad cause this location is the closest to me

My FAVORITE Acai bowl shop. I hate the sugary sorbet that a lot of acai shops sell that you can basically buy at costco. Everbowl actually uses frozen fruit to make my bowls. I can also tell that half of my base isn't just ice. Some people may argue that it is "bland" but there is no added sugar to their bowls unless you chose to top it with honey or agave which I love! Go-to is the Chewy bowl with cocao nibs. (love the unlimited toppings and ability to customize) I call ahead before work and they always have my order ready ... read more

Fantastic! I have never had one before. I got the normal bowl and added coconut and pineapple. Really great. I guess they're pretty healthy too.

Tasted decent but there were maybe like 7 pieces of frozen açaí that wasn't blended together..... I thought it was a date until I bit on it and was like yup def just hurt my teeth! I feel like it's way over priced for a fruit bowl? I make a yogurt every day and it tastes so much better. I also felt like the açaí base was just sweet and nothing more than that. So much was lacking. Probably won't try it again

$8 for a just OK smoothie is a bit much. Staff was not informed when it came to how to obtain calorie counts and when another customer asked about benefits of various ingredients. I would think that being a healthy option would imply knowledge of the product benefits and calorie counts. Or, at least instruction as to where to find this information. I won't be back. Nekter is the better option IMHO. They are expensive too but at least they inform you.
