I usually go to the poway location but today I was closer to this one so I decided to call in my order as I was in a rush. I called 5 times with no answer and once I got there I realized it was empty and the employees were in the back. This is when I started to get frustrated. I ordered my usual chewy bowl with extra peanut butter and granola on the bottom. I got the bowl with minimal peanut butter and no granola on the bottom. The acai base was watery and melted as I was eating it. Horrible horrible experience

Terrible experience. Hopefully a manager reads this review and watches the camera footage to verify. I stopped in today 12/12/19 at 1:00 (the employee was not wearing a name tag). I realize 1:00 on a Thursday is probably not a busy time, but it's not unreasonable to expect someone to help their customers. I waited for about 5 minutes while I could hear a girl on the phone with a man. Giving the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe she was talking to a manager. I am extremely snobby when it comes to smoothie spots. Ex.treme.ly. But even if I didn't have high levels of snob, I would still think this spot was just okay. The flavor of the acai is weak. The bowls I've had there taste pretty bland and flavorless. There is too much granola rather than other good toppings. And the toppings themselves are sorta basic. Hi everbowl girls working. You telling me "we don't do that here" even tho I've had a custom smoothie at every location I've been to tells me you either didn't wanna make it or didn't know how. Don't tell me you "don't do that here" Thanks- a lost customer

The girl making the açaí bowls was putting her hair up over the ingredient table before preparing the food. Not even washing her hands..

Meh. Better customer service and environment at many other places. Pretty much pushed us out the door at 5 minutes to 6pm. I was the one that suggested our family go here and I feel like we wasted our money and time, embarrassing. The girls in the back were saying "last one, we are almost closed"

This review is based on our first visit on 09/29 Came here early in the morning because hubby wanted something "healthy". I'm not sure if he knows açaí is loaded with natural sugar and the granola toppings doesn't help his cause. Oh well! Hubby ordered the whatever bowl, aka build your own bowl. The total came out to about $12.00 The service was good and the bowl tasted good. Give it a try if you're looking for something "healthy".

This is an awesome place to have a simple but delicious açaí bowl. My personal favorite is the chewy bowl which comes with many toppings and peanut butter along with it. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves these fruity treats!

I was introduced to this phenomenal shop by a coworker who raves endlessly about their bowls. They did not disappoint! Delicious bowls and toppers, staff is always great and efficient. Will keep recommending this place to family and friends!
